This is a 450+ acre gated farm community 2½ miles from Montevallo.  The 21 tracts started at 10 acres, only those 15 and up are remaining.  some of the tracts have lake and stream access; paddocks and fences and others are wooded or pasture land.  Most of the tracts have gorgeous views of the rolling hills and valleys.
