Chilton County is located only 40 miles south of Birmingham and 40 miles north of Montgomery, right in the center of Alabama.

Chilton County has 5 exits on Interstate 65 which makes an easy commute for residents that work in the Birmingham or Montgomery area.  We are one of the fastest growing counties in the state and we are proud to be known for our peaches, strawberries and pecans!
