Parmley Builder, Inc. began in 1972 by Glenn Parmley focusing on semi-custom and speculative building. In 1994, Glenn's son, Ryan, upon graduating from college, began running the company. His focus remains on semi-custom, speculative building. Working "hands on" with the customer; Ryan treats each home as if it were his own. Being a second generation builder, he is able to draw upon the wisdom his father has gained throughout the years. By incorporating this with time honored tradition of building Ryan has helped many customers realize the American Dream, as Parmley Builder Incorporated's motto is "Builders of the American Dream".
