Traditional architectural styles contribute to what Timberlake's developers call an "Olde-World" theme. Timberlake is nestled among mature trees with two stocked lakes for fishing and family fun. One is a 12-acre lake that features a beautifully landscaped common area that includes a gazebo, a small pier and a paved boat ramp. The second lake also has a common area so homeowners that do not have a lake lot have access to the lake. At the common area of the smaller lake there is a pool and club house. Membership to pool and club house is optional. Most of the lots are approximately an acre, and each home is unique.
